Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role
  • Familiarity with high volume kitchen environments
  • Ability to multitask and work across multiple stations
  • Knowledge of Italian or Tuscan cuisine is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail in food preparation
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Prepare Tuscan-style dishes according to restaurant recipes and quality standards
  • Operate various kitchen stations including pizza oven, grill, and sauté stations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas
  • Assist in inventory management and proper storage of ingredients
  • Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service
