The Heart of House Team Member position primarily focuses on the preparation and execution of menu items following established recipe procedures accurately and efficiently. A significant responsibility of this role is to maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen at all times, adhering strictly to company policies and sanitation standards. Team members are expected to communicate effectively with front-of-house staff, ensuring timely delivery of food orders and maintaining a continuous workflow from the kitchen to the customer. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior food service experience preferred
  • ability to use kitchen equipment such as slicers mixers and grinders
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • team-oriented attitude

Job Qualifications

  • Friendly warm and caring demeanor with team members
  • ability to use slicers mixers grinders food processors etc
  • prior experience preferred in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position
  • thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced high-volume environment

Job Duties

  • Properly learn and execute all recipe procedures
  • maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen
  • follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • communicate ticket times to team members
  • keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
