The Heart of House Team Member role at Chili's is a fast-paced, dynamic position central to the smooth operation of the kitchen. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior food service experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible part-time or full-time hours
  • basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation
  • good communication skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to handle kitchen equipment safely

Job Qualifications

  • Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with team members
  • ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, and food processors
  • prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position preferred

Job Duties

  • Properly learn and execute all recipe procedures
  • maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen
  • follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • communicate ticket times to team members
  • keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
