Known for its innovative approach and commitment to excellence, the group operates with a core belief that THE STATUS QUO SUCKS, setting a new standard in hospitality that focuses on creating unique destinations rather than mere pit stops. The company prides itself on being a workplace for those who appreciate a culture of hard work, creativity, and continuous improvement, fully embracing diversity and offering opportunities for career advancement within a vibrant and supportive team environment. Among its many establishments is Lucy's #7 Burger Bar, a staple in the community known for combining neighborhood tradition with a lively atmosphere. This venue specializes in authentic Wisconsin delicacies such as cheese curds and craft beer, alongside a signature lineup of burgers that deliver the true taste of the American Midwest. The company is passionate about rewarding dedication and expertise with a comprehensive benefits package including employee discounts, paid time off, training opportunities, 401(k) plans, and various medical benefits such as pet insurance, available to support employees' overall well-being and future planning.

In the role of Line Cook at Lucy's #7 Burger Bar, you will be an essential member of a fast-paced kitchen team tasked with delivering consistent, high-quality food and ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience.
