Job Duties

  • Ensure a first-in, first-out food rotation system, verifying proper dating and organization for optimum freshness
  • Assist Chef Manager/F&B Director to grow kitchen efficiency and offer staff training opportunities
  • Follow all sanitation, food handling protocols, safety policies, and meet regulatory requirements
