As a vibrant and dynamic restaurant chain, Chili's continues to seek passionate individuals who want to contribute to its mission of delivering the best guest experience every day.

Join the Chili's team as a Heart of House Team Member, where you'll play a crucial role in setting the pace for an exceptional shift. This position is designed for those who thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in teamwork and dependable service. Heart of House Team Members are responsible for ensuring that every food order is promptly and accurately prepared while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety within the kitchen. Whether you're looking for part-time or full-time work, Chili's offers flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle, along with opportunities for growth within the company.

Working at Chili's means becoming part of a great team culture where collaboration and enthusiasm are encouraged. The hiring process is fast and efficient, reflecting Chili's commitment to bringing talented individuals on board quickly. You will be trained thoroughly in recipe procedures, understanding every detail that goes into the food preparation process, and will learn to operate various kitchen equipment safely and effectively. Beyond cooking, essential duties involve maintaining a clean kitchen environment and adhering strictly to the company’s safety and sanitation policies. Communication is key as you will need to coordinate with your fellow Team Members to keep food orders flowing continuously, ensuring the best possible service to our Guests.

This role requires someone who can think and act swiftly in a high-volume setting, demonstrating a friendly and warm demeanor that contributes positively to the team dynamic. While prior experience in food and beverage service and preparation is preferred, Chili's values a candidate’s willingness to learn and grow within the brand.
