We are looking to hire Line Cooks immediately to join our dedicated culinary team. Our Line Cook positions include part-time and full-time opportunities, focusing primarily on evening shifts during weekdays, with availability required for morning or evening shifts on weekends. Compensation ranges from $16 to $20 per hour plus tips, with potential earnings impacted by your skill level and shift times, including higher tips on weekends.

Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must be available evenings Monday-Friday and morning or evening on weekends
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
- Current TB clearance
- Proof of HepA vaccination
Job Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience working as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with Koromo Katsu & Curry Bistro's recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations throughout the shift
- Ensure all food is stored, handled, and prepared following food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to manage food inventory and minimize waste
- Assist in receiving and inspecting deliveries to ensure ingredient quality and freshness
- Support the kitchen team during peak hours by efficiently managing multiple orders simultaneously
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
