Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • eligible to work in the us
  • previous cook or professional culinary experience strongly preferred
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • willing to adhere to company dress code and appearance standards
  • capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks
  • able to communicate effectively in english

Job Duties

  • prepare high quality food items according to recipes and presentation standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • assist with inventory control and restocking supplies
  • collaborate with kitchen and service team members to ensure efficient operations
  • support the training of new kitchen staff as needed
  • manage kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues
