Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a commercial kitchen
  • Ability to stand for entire shifts
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and evenings
  • Commitment to food safety and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a line cook or similar role in a restaurant kitchen
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to follow recipes and portion controls accurately
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Physical stamina for standing and lifting tasks

Job Duties

  • Plan and prep food items for designated station
  • Set up and maintain clean and organized workstations
  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines
  • Handle food storage, rotation, and safety in station
  • Operate the steam table for AM and PM back-up shifts
  • Execute prep lists as directed by Executive or Sous Chef
  • Work efficiently under pressure to meet production schedules
