The company is recognized for its innovative approach to entertainment and social experiences, creating a welcoming environment where both guests and employees, known as Playmakers, feel valued and engaged. Topgolf's success is built on a commitment to these cultural pillars and a dedication to hiring individuals who not only have the skills and experience required for their roles but also embody the spirit of curiosity, inclusiveness, empathy, self-awareness, and optimism that sets the company apart from others in the industry.

At Topgolf, staff members are more than just employees; they are integral parts of a vibrant community focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining a workplace where everyone can thrive. The company emphasizes mutual respect and a collaborative mindset, promoting an atmosphere where innovation and fun go hand in hand. This focus on culture ensures that every team member, regardless of their position, contributes to an environment that supports personal growth and career development.

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Cooks, where the role plays a crucial part in Upkeeping the high standards of food quality and safety that our guests expect. The Cook position demands a disciplined yet creative approach to preparing and cooking food items strictly following standardized recipes and menu specifications. The successful candidate will be responsible for adhering to food safety and sanitation procedures, maintaining portion control, and ensuring each dish's presentation aligns with Topgolf's aesthetic and quality standards.

This role also requires effective teamwork to coordinate food preparation and order execution seamlessly. Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen is integral, including washing dishes and kitchen equipment regularly to comply with hygiene standards. Additionally, assisting with food inventory management helps support efficient kitchen operations and reduce waste.

Topgolf values its Playmakers' contributions and offers a dynamic workplace where flexibility is needed as shifts can vary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Employees enjoy several perks such as free Topgolf access, half-off food, and family dinners offered four days a week. This ensures a balance between work and personal life while fostering an enjoyable community atmosphere.

Ideal candidates are expected to have prior experience working in a high-volume kitchen or culinary environment and possess solid knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Strong communication and time management skills are essential to thrive in the fast-paced, teamwork-oriented environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Topgolf is committed to equal opportunity employment, and it actively promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organization. We encourage candidates who share these values and wish to contribute positively to apply and join us in delivering outstanding guest experiences through excellent culinary service.
