Job Requirements

  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and menu specifications
  • follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure food quality and safety
  • adhere to portion control guidelines and presentation standards
  • collaborate with kitchen team members to coordinate food preparation and order execution
  • maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including washing dishes and equipment
  • assist in food inventory management as needed
