We are currently looking for Kitchen Team Members to join our Heart of House team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in fast, dependable service and working well within a team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a critical role in setting the pace for a great shift by efficiently preparing food orders and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Your responsibilities will include mastering our recipe procedures, ensuring orders flow smoothly from the kitchen, and adhering to all safety and sanitation policies. Effective communication with team members about ticket times and maintaining a welcoming environment is also essential.

This position offers flexible scheduling with options for part-time or full-time employment. We encourage individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume settings and enjoy working with kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, grinders, and food processors to apply. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage preparation or service role is preferred but not required.
