Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of line cook experience
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work PM shift hours (5 pm to 12:30/1 am)
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to learn and support team members
- Ability to obtain a TB clearance as required by the State of Hawaii
Job Qualifications
- At least 6 months of prep experience and at least 1 year of line cook experience
- Experience with at least one of the following stations (Fry, Oven, Grill, Saute, Pantry, Pizza)
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to follow direction
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and use hands throughout the shift
- Can lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in hot, cold, and fast-paced environments
- Follows safety standards (cut gloves, non-slip shoes, etc.)
- Reliable and able to work scheduled shifts
Job Duties
- Work designated station and prepare menu items to company standards
- Follow prep lists and recipes with accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Use and maintain kitchen equipment properly
- Communicate and work well with teammates and chefs
- Be on time, ready to work, and willing to learn
- Learn and support other stations as needed
