Currently, Maui Brewing Company Waikiki is seeking experienced Line Cooks to join their Back of House (BOH) team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are outgoing, positive, and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The role is specifically open for the PM shift from 5 pm to 12:30 am or 1 am. The starting pay is $22 per hour plus tips, with all kitchen team members receiving a percentage of service fees (2% of all food sales) in addition to tips, which typically add $1-$3 extra per hour depending on the shift and sales. The company also offers a partnership with DailyPay, allowing employees to access a portion of their earned wages before payday.

Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of line cook experience
- Ability to work the PM shift (5pm to 12:30/1am)
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
- TB clearance required to work in the State of Hawaii (restaurants/food handling)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Availability to work scheduled shifts
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Job Qualifications
- At least 6 months of prep experience and at least 1 year of line cook experience
- Experience with at least one of the following stations (Fry, Oven, Grill, Saute, Pantry, Pizza)
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to follow direction
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and use hands throughout the shift
- Can lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in hot, cold, and fast-paced environments
- Follows safety standards (cut gloves, non-slip shoes, etc.)
- Reliable and able to work scheduled shifts
Job Duties
- Work designated station and prepare menu items to company standards
- Follow prep lists and recipes with accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Use and maintain kitchen equipment properly
- Communicate and work well with teammates and chefs
- Be on time, ready to work, and willing to learn
- Learn and support other stations as needed
