Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- three years of culinary training or related experience
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- physical ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours per day
- ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- willingness to work flexible shifts

- knowledge of food safety, sanitation, food products, and food service equipment
- previous experience maintaining professional and respectful work relationships
Job Duties
- Leads by example and masters both the hot and cold food item production
- inspects presentation quality and expedites the line as needed
- reads recipes and follows measurement instructions accurately
- effectively communicates with all team members
- consistently practices safe and sanitary food handling techniques
- maintains workstation and equipment safety and cleanliness
- applies basic knife skills required for preparation of hot and cold foods
