We are currently seeking a dedicated Line Cook II to join our culinary team at 11 Waters, our fine dining establishment. This role is integral to the kitchen's operation, assisting the Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes that meet our exacting standards. As a Line Cook II, you will be responsible for ensuring that every meal not only meets the quality and presentation expectations but also reaches our guests in a timely and professional manner. Job Duties
- Inspect, select and use food items of the highest quality in the preparation of all menu items
- Ensure food to order items for customers are delivered in a timely and consistent manner
- Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and production and portion standards
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards and food preparation checklist
- Date all food containers and rotate stock
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned
