- Minimum 2 years kitchen experience
- Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen

Job Duties
- Cook and prep menu items
- Maintain quality, portions and presentation
- Keep stations clean and stocked
- Follow recipes and food safety standards
- Lead areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing
- Prepare appropriate garnishes for hot menu items
- Maintain a clean and safe cooking environment
