Job Duties

  • Cook and prep menu items
  • Maintain quality, portions and presentation
  • Keep stations clean and stocked
  • Follow recipes and food safety standards
  • Lead plating and garnishing of cooked items
  • Prepare appropriate garnishes for hot menu plates
  • Maintain a clean and safe cooking environment
