The company extends its reach across 42 locations in 12 states, from Honolulu to Louisville, demonstrating a consistent dedication to quality food and exemplary service throughout its nationwide network. As a family-owned business, The Old Spaghetti Factory values the hard work and commitment of each team member and fosters a welcoming atmosphere where employees can thrive and grow professionally.
We are currently seeking a Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role is essential to our restaurant operations, requiring attention to detail, efficiency, and collaboration to maintain the high standards of food preparation that our guests expect. The Line Cook prepares pasta dishes and other menu items following specific cooking methods, timing, temperatures, and portion sizes to ensure that every plate meets our quality and presentation guidelines. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask, and maintain a focus on food safety and sanitation standards.
This position offers an hourly wage plus tips, making it a financially rewarding opportunity for both experienced and entry-level cooks. We encourage applicants who are eager to learn and develop their culinary skills in a supportive team environment. The Line Cook will work closely with chefs and fellow kitchen staff to coordinate orders, communicate special requests, and uphold a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. This role also involves performing regular cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with safety policies and a hygienic kitchen setting.
The Old Spaghetti Factory values individuals who are great at following detailed instructions, able to prioritize tasks safely, and capable of sustaining physical demands such as lifting up to 40 pounds, standing, walking, reaching, and bending for extended periods. We seek collaborative team players with strong communication skills who can contribute positively to our kitchen culture. We provide paid training and flexible scheduling, supporting your career development and work-life balance. Join us and become part of a team that is passionate about food, service, and creating memorable dining experiences. The role offers numerous benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k) options, and employee assistance programs that underline our commitment to the well-being of our staff. If you have a passion for cooking and want to work in a friendly, fast-paced environment, The Old Spaghetti Factory wants to hear from you.
