Job Description

Geronimo Hospitality Group is a dynamic and innovative hospitality company known for its collection of award-winning boutique hotels, restaurants, and clubs. Rooted in the belief that traditional norms and the status quo in the hospitality industry are outdated, Geronimo sets itself apart by creating groundbreaking destinations that redefine the guest experience. The company prides itself on pushing boundaries and fostering a culture where creativity, hard work, and individuality are celebrated and encouraged. With locations in the vibrant city of Boise, Idaho, Geronimo Hospitality offers a unique blend of rough edges and refined details that captivate both locals and visitors alike.

Among Geronimo’s standout properties is Hotel Renegade, a boutique hotel that embodies the spirit of rebellion and adventure. This hotel is designed to awaken the inner rebel in every guest, offering a stay that is anything but ordinary. The experience combines bold design with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring guests feel both indulged and inspired. Complementing the hotel are several distinctive dining and nightlife venues. Baraboo Supper Club channels the nostalgic charm of a classic supper club with its prime rib, relish trays, and innovative boozy ice cream desserts. It serves as an inviting space where traditions thrive and guests can enjoy a memorable evening with great food and cocktails. The Highlander, perched on the top floor of Hotel Renegade, offers breathtaking views of downtown Boise, cozy fire pits, and a lively atmosphere that makes it a hotspot for both locals and travelers looking to unwind and socialize.

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of every dish served, working hand in hand with chefs and kitchen staff to maintain the integrity of the menu and the speed of service.

This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, creative environment where timing and precision are key. You will have the opportunity to develop your culinary skills through training and development programs provided by Geronimo. The company views its team members as vital contributors to its ongoing success and encourages each individual to share their voice and ideas to improve the guest experience continuously. Employee benefits include competitive pay, comprehensive medical benefits, a 401K plan, paid time off, and unique perks such as pet insurance and 24/7 online care, making this not only a job but a rewarding career path.

Joining Geronimo Hospitality Group means becoming part of a bold and energetic community that thrives on delivering extraordinary moments.
