- Must be 18 years of age or older
- reliable transportation to and from work
- ability to maintain cleanliness and follow cleaning protocols
- flexibility to work nights and weekends
- willingness to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capable of lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally

Job Duties
- Complete light food prep daily
- make tacos following assembly line procedures
- maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
- operate fryers and kitchen equipment safely
- work collaboratively with other kitchen staff
- wash dishes and assist with prep as needed
- multitask in a fast-paced environment
