Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience preferably within a high-volume environment
  • Current food handler's certification maintained through employment
  • Available to work various shift times and days including weekends and holidays
  • Able to stand and or walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift over 50 pounds if necessary
  • Authorized to legally work in the US

Job Duties

  • Prepare dishes to meet guest preferences using full understanding of menus and recipes
  • Maintain open communication with front-of-house team to ensure seamless delivery of orders
  • Assist in putting away deliveries, storage rotation, and cooler organization
  • Maintain correct par levels and minimize waste
  • Ensure high standard of hygiene, tidiness, and cleanliness up to health code
  • Adhere to cleaning schedules and procedures, including setup and breakdown
  • Report punctually for scheduled shifts in proper attire and hygiene standards
  • Multitask under pressure to produce menu items efficiently on multiple orders
  • Complete daily prep tasks per station timely and to standard
  • Train junior team members and encourage teamwork and positivity
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines and report hazardous situations to management
  • Pass exams with 90% or better in food and ongoing training
