- Prior food preparation or line cook experience is a plus
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Make shells and chips daily using fryers and kitchen equipment
- Assemble tacos quickly and accurately
- Wash dishes, prep food, and work the line collaboratively
- Multitask efficiently and maintain a fast pace
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness following daily and weekly checklists
- Support team members in all kitchen duties
- Perform other duties as assigned
