Job Description
Flight Club is the dynamic home of the Social Darts trademark phenomenon, renowned for its multi-award-winning venues located across the United States and the United Kingdom. At Flight Club, guests enjoy a unique fusion of premium food and beverage offerings combined with proprietary gaming technology that elevates the traditional game of darts to an interactive, social, and engaging experience. Utilizing cutting-edge vision-tracking game player technology, Flight Club removes mathematical complexity from darts while adding innovative twists to beloved classic games. Known for creating lively and memorable social environments, Flight Club is committed to delivering exceptional hospitality and entertainment experiences to every guest who steps through its doors. Our dedicated teams embody our core values, working collaboratively to maintain the high standards that define our brand and support our mission.
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our Back of House team as Line Cooks. This position is versatile, offering both part-time and full-time employment opportunities with hourly compensation ranging from $16 to $21. Line Cooks report directly to the Executive Chef and play a crucial role in delivering the high-quality dishes that guests expect from Flight Club. Key responsibilities include adhering to precise, standardized recipes, managing high-volume orders efficiently, and contributing to an atmosphere of teamwork, hard work, and fun. Our Line Cooks must demonstrate strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Their contribution is critical to ensuring consistency and superior guest satisfaction through excellent food preparation.
The role demands a thorough understanding of food product knowledge to enhance the guest experience beyond the ordinary. Line Cooks collaborate with front-of-house teams to facilitate smooth service, maintain timely communication, and uphold health and safety guidelines rigorously. This role also emphasizes waste minimization, maintaining proper inventory levels, and sustaining cleanliness that meets or exceeds health code standards. At Flight Club, personality and enthusiasm are integral to success, setting our team members apart within a positive, encouraging workplace culture. Our mission is to generate moments of joy and connection through play, supported by our values: taking initiative, thoughtful decision-making, striving for excellence, and celebrating wins as a team. This position offers a rewarding chance to grow within a groundbreaking entertainment and hospitality company, where your passion for excellence will be both valued and developed.
