- Must be 18 years of age or provide proof of work permit

Job Duties
- Work closely with the Culinary Team and support overall café operations
- Demonstrate full understanding and knowledge of the Erewhon brand and café menu
- Prepare and cook various food items in compliance with quality standards and portion control
- Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned by Culinary Manager
- Complete end-of-day inventory and other duties according to company checklists and procedures
- Ensure proper food temperatures and food storage practices
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, equipment, and coolers
- Assist with receiving and storing incoming orders
- Operate basic kitchen equipment
- Follow proper knife safety procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
