As a Line Cook at Cooper's Hawk, you will be at the heart of crafting memorable dining experiences rather than just following recipes. The role demands a high level of precision, urgency, and pride to meet the establishment's elevated standards. You will manage your station independently, ensuring that every plate leaving the kitchen is a reflection of authenticity and culinary expertise. Your responsibilities will include setting up and maintaining a clean, organized workspace, strictly adhering to recipes and presentation guidelines, and efficiently managing multiple dishes simultaneously using the kitchen display system (KDS).
Working as part of a cohesive team is vital; clear communication and seamless coordination with your colleagues and managers ensure that service runs smoothly and guest expectations are consistently exceeded.
