Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a line cook in a fast-paced, fine dining restaurant environment is preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment, culinary techniques, and basic food safety / sanitation regulations
- Strong knife skills and the ability to handle kitchen equipment safely
- Excellent organizational abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with a positive attitude
- Ability to effectively communicate and work collaboratively with coworkers
- Must have reliable transportation
- Required food certification

- Maintain consistent taste and presentation of dishes
- Collaborate with the team to ensure coordination during busy times
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards, keeping work areas clean
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Other duties as assigned
