Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation setting preferred
Ability to follow food safety and handling regulations
Capable of standing for long periods and performing physical tasks
Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
Prior completion of food safety coursework preferred

Job Duties

Operate cooking equipment such as griddles, grills, or deep fryers
Prepare and cook food according to directives
Verify the quality and quantity of all orders
Plate prepared foods based on senior chef's guidance
Work with servers to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations throughout the kitchen and restaurant
Perform other related duties as assigned
