Hogsalt is renowned for operating over 20 unique restaurants that offer not only transportive culinary spaces but also memorable, classic fare prepared with expert craftsmanship. The company prides itself on a culture of generosity towards its teams, fostering an environment where enthusiasm, inclusivity, and collaboration thrive. The spirit at Hogsalt’s establishments is energized by a dedicated service team that redefines hospitality with passion and fun, alongside a culinary team whose skill preserves the essence of timeless dishes with precision and care.

At Gilt Bar, we are looking to hire a dedicated and experienced Full Time Line Cook who embodies Hogsalt’s core values of harmony, accountability, and resilience. This opportunity offers a competitive pay rate of $20 to $23 per hour and promises a supportive and organized workplace culture that consistently prioritizes high-quality and consistent dining experiences for guests. The role is full time, and we believe team members should be enthusiastic about their contributions and proactive in maintaining an inclusive and collaborative environment. As a line cook within the Gilt Bar kitchen, you will be an integral part of a dynamic culinary team where attention to detail, communication, and teamwork are paramount. Your responsibilities will range from preparing and cooking menu items to ensuring food quality and safety standards meet the high expectations set by our chefs and leadership.

Gilt Bar and the broader Hogsalt group are committed to providing their employees with a comprehensive benefits package, including partially subsidized medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 401(k) program, commuter benefits, dining discounts, rewards, and paid time off. Our team culture emphasizes positive, professional interaction not only among coworkers and leadership but also with vendors and guests, ensuring a pleasant and efficient work atmosphere. We pride ourselves on a restaurant group that truly values its employees and creates a workplace where everyone can thrive, grow, and contribute to the ongoing success of our esteemed venues.
