Heart of House Team Members are responsible for setting the pace of every shift, ensuring that all food preparation and kitchen tasks run smoothly and quickly to meet guest expectations. Working in a fast-paced environment, these team members execute menu items with precision and care, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, and adhere strictly to safety and sanitation standards.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food preparation or service preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Ability to work flexible part-time or full-time schedules
- Basic understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and follow detailed recipe procedures
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience preferred in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
- Friendly and warm demeanor with team members
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Job Duties
- Properly learn and execute all of our recipe procedures
- Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Communicate ticket times to Team Members
- Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
