Compensation for this position ranges from $17.52 to $23.06 per hour, reflecting experience, education, and other factors. Full-time employees enjoy a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, employer-paid life and disability coverage, paid time off, a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match, fitness center access, and various voluntary benefits such as tuition assistance and legal services.
