Heart of House Team Members keep food orders flowing continuously to meet the fast-paced demands of the kitchen. They work closely with front-of-house staff and other kitchen team members to create a unified and enjoyable dining experience for all guests. Candidates with prior experience in food preparation and service are preferred but not required, as a comprehensive training process is provided.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible part-time or full-time schedules
  • Prior food service experience preferred
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position preferred
