In your role, you will be entrusted with mastering and executing Chili's recipe procedures accurately, ensuring every dish served meets the brand's quality standards. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in similar food and beverage service and preparation position preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to handle kitchen equipment safely
