Job Description
We are currently seeking dedicated Line/Prep Cooks who will serve as vital members of our kitchen team. In this front-line role, the line/prep cook is responsible for the meticulous preparation of our unique and carefully crafted recipes which form the foundation of our menu offerings. Key responsibilities include washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and performing other general cooking tasks to maintain efficient kitchen operations. Candidates will operate various kitchen equipment such as fryers, flat top grills, ovens, and more, ensuring that all prepared food items meet our high standards of quality and taste. The role also involves preparing a variety of dishes including appetizers, salads, soups, sandwiches, and custom entrees, always paying close attention to presentation and consistency. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is essential, as is interacting with our Kitchen Display System to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Most importantly, the line/prep cook contributes to creating remarkable guest experiences by executing their tasks with passion and precision.
