Job Requirements
- Be 16 years or older
- Hold a current Food Handler's Permit
- Availability for afternoon and evening shifts
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Commitment to maintaining a fun and supportive work environment
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties
- Basic understanding of food preparation and safety
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a kitchen environment is an asset but not required
- Valid Food Handler's Permit
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new culinary techniques
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely service
- Receive and store deliveries in accordance with safety standards
- Monitor inventory and assist with restocking as needed
- Participate in training and development sessions to improve cooking skills
