Job Requirements

  • Be 16 years or older
  • Hold a current Food Handler's Permit
  • Availability for afternoon and evening shifts
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
  • Commitment to maintaining a fun and supportive work environment
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties
  • Basic understanding of food preparation and safety

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in a kitchen environment is an asset but not required
  • Valid Food Handler's Permit
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new culinary techniques
  • Basic knowledge of food safety practices

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely service
  • Receive and store deliveries in accordance with safety standards
  • Monitor inventory and assist with restocking as needed
  • Participate in training and development sessions to improve cooking skills
