Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a professional kitchen environment preferred
- ability to follow recipes and prepare dishes consistently
- capacity to work under pressure and in a team setting
- physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- flexible to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- culinary degree or related hotel cooking experience preferred
- refined verbal communication skills
- previous line cook experience preferred
- ability to perform all basic cooking skills
- capable of working efficiently in a single station
- strong desire to satisfy customer needs in a high-pressure environment
