Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a professional kitchen environment preferred
  • ability to follow recipes and prepare dishes consistently
  • capacity to work under pressure and in a team setting
  • physical stamina to stand for extended periods
  • flexible to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • culinary degree or related hotel cooking experience preferred
  • refined verbal communication skills
  • previous line cook experience preferred
  • ability to perform all basic cooking skills
  • capable of working efficiently in a single station
  • strong desire to satisfy customer needs in a high-pressure environment
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • prepare menu items according to established recipes and standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstations
  • ensure food quality and presentation meet hotel standards
  • collaborate with kitchen team to manage workflow efficiently
  • comply with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • adapt to a fast-paced kitchen environment and flexible scheduling
