  • Ability to work all areas of the kitchen including grill, deli, salad, and prep stations
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work overtime or outside regular hours
  • Willingness to learn and apply standard procedures

Job Duties

  • Execute breakfast and lunch service in a quick and efficient manner from a short order cooking station
  • Maintain clean and organized storage areas, dish room, and prep stations to ensure efficient service
  • Collaborate with café management to uphold high service standards and ingredient quality
  • Follow standardized recipes and prep all ingredients for breakfast, lunch, catering, and on-site events
  • Use established procedures to organize and manage daily responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively to provide consistent support and coordination with team members
