Job Qualifications
- high school diploma preferred
- 2 to 5 years of experience on a fast-paced cooking line
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- basic English communication skills
- ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- passion for cooking and teamwork
- familiarity with cooking equipment operation and maintenance
Job Duties
- set up and stock assigned cooking stations
- cook and present dishes according to Lazy Dog recipes
- ensure use of fresh, high-quality ingredients
- follow recipe adherence displayed on monitors
- maintain cleanliness, sanitize equipment and tools
- comply with food safety procedures and proper PPE use
- communicate basic English and Spanish skills
