Job Requirements

  • Must have a current Utah Food Handler Card
  • able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods
  • able to bend and lift up to 50 lbs
  • able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • able to perform repetitive motions
  • able to work in hot and potentially hazardous kitchen environments

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary or related education preferred
  • experience working in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team setting
  • excellent communication skills
  • willingness to learn and improve
  • current Utah Food Handler Card

Job Duties

  • Handles all allergy and or dietary restrictions and modifications
  • accurately follows all orders received from the POS system and or direction from the expeditor
  • maintains cleanliness and sanitation of assigned station, the kitchen and the entire venue in accordance with Health Department
  • possesses in-depth knowledge of assigned recipes and execution
  • communicates product needs to the chefs and the support staff
  • required to check cover counts, BEOs and or Fire Sheets
  • properly sets-up station and performs opening and closing procedures as directed by management
