Job Requirements
- Must have a current Utah Food Handler Card
- able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods
- able to bend and lift up to 50 lbs
- able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- able to perform repetitive motions
- able to work in hot and potentially hazardous kitchen environments
Job Qualifications
- Culinary or related education preferred
- experience working in a high-volume kitchen environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team setting
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to learn and improve
- current Utah Food Handler Card
Job Duties
- Handles all allergy and or dietary restrictions and modifications
- accurately follows all orders received from the POS system and or direction from the expeditor
- maintains cleanliness and sanitation of assigned station, the kitchen and the entire venue in accordance with Health Department
- possesses in-depth knowledge of assigned recipes and execution
- communicates product needs to the chefs and the support staff
- required to check cover counts, BEOs and or Fire Sheets
- properly sets-up station and performs opening and closing procedures as directed by management
