With a strong foundation built on passion, commitment, and excellence, XRG operates a collection of vibrant restaurants that focus on creating extraordinary moments for guests. Our values revolve around promoting a unique culture that values each team member, encouraging professional growth while fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment. As a certified Top Workplace for five consecutive years, XRG prides itself on creating employee-centric policies that promote work-life balance, career advancement, and comprehensive benefits, making the group an attractive employer in the hospitality industry.

Joining the XRG team means joining a family that values hospitality as more than just a job—it’s a passion. At XRG, competitive pay structures recognize the dedication and skills of our team members, offering hourly rates ranging from $16.90 to $20.40 based on experience and qualifications. We believe flexibility is key to achieving harmony between work and personal life, which is why we provide flexible hours tailored to meet the diverse needs of our staff.

The role of a line cook at XRG is central to maintaining the high standards we have set for food quality and guest satisfaction. A line cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items efficiently while working in close cooperation with the kitchen and service teams. This position involves setting up and stocking assigned stations with all necessary supplies and adhering strictly to safety, sanitation, and quality standards. The role demands precision and passion, with an expectation to execute recipes accurately, maintain a solid knowledge of the menu, and ensure plate presentations meet established specifications.

Line cooks at XRG must bring advanced knife skills and proper food storage knowledge to prevent contamination and ensure freshness. Communication is key, as the line cook regularly interacts with chefs, management, and service staff, quickly addressing any concerns or guest requests. This position is best suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environments that require adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

Beyond technical skills, XRG fosters a unique culture where team members enjoy exclusive dining discounts, financial well-being benefits through credit unions, and partner perks such as discounted rates on theme parks, travel, and sports tickets. Eligible states offer sick time, and full-time team members receive comprehensive health insurance. XRG also offers an employee referral program to encourage team growth through trusted networks.

Working conditions involve both indoor and outdoor settings, often with exposure to varying temperature levels, steam, and wet floors. Team members should be prepared for a fast-paced environment with fluctuating noise levels and guest volume, working varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical demands are significant and include walking and standing for extended periods, lifting weights up to 50 pounds, and performing repetitive movements. The company values inclusivity and provides reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to successfully perform job functions.

Overall, joining XRG as a line cook means becoming a valued part of a team known for its commitment to hospitality excellence and real growth opportunities.
