Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- previous experience cooking in a restaurant environment preferred
- must complete Serve-Safe program after hire
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work in a scratch kitchen
- strong verbal communication skills and customer service-related skills
- ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders including employees and the general public
- ability to speak and write clearly, concisely and persuasively using correct grammar, spelling and punctuation
- ability to perform work with a high degree of accuracy and organization
- ability to work cooperatively with others
- ability to perform with considerable independence and initiative
- must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepares quality food according to standardized recipes
- maintains a clean, safe facility that falls in line with local Health Department regulations
- adheres to portions and preparation guidelines for cost effectiveness
- reviews and adheres to schedule
- takes care of guests needs and food orders/specifications with immediacy and accuracy
- ensures compliance with Health Department codes and regulations
