Job Duties
- Prepare and execute menu items to recipe and presentation standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation throughout shift
- set up and break down station properly for service
- communicate effectively with kitchen team during service
- ensure food quality, consistency, and ticket times meet expectations
- follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- assist with prep and additional kitchen tasks as needed
