Job Duties

  • Prepare and execute menu items to recipe and presentation standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation throughout shift
  • set up and break down station properly for service
  • communicate effectively with kitchen team during service
  • ensure food quality, consistency, and ticket times meet expectations
  • follow all food safety and sanitation standards
  • assist with prep and additional kitchen tasks as needed
