Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- must be able to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers
- ability to detect and identify safety issues and comply with safety standards
- physical capability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs and perform restocking duties
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to bend, stoop, and reach
- capability to work in various temperature conditions
- proficient in safe operation of kitchen equipment including ovens, grills, and knives
- maintain professional appearance and hygiene standards
- ability to work closely with others in a crowded environment
- tolerate exposure to allergens and food odors
- understand and follow directives from leadership
- willingness to accept reasonable accommodations for disabilities
Job Qualifications
- prior experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
- effective communication skills with guests and team members
- ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards
- physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy items during shifts
- commitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
