Job Description

Uchiko Miami Beach in Sunset Harbour is currently seeking dedicated and talented Line Cooks to join their vibrant culinary team. Uchiko is a distinguished restaurant that offers a unique dining experience with a non-traditional Japanese cuisine perspective, born from the vision of James Beard Award-winning Chef Tyson Cole. Uchiko Miami Beach brings a distinct fiery twist to the fresh and clean flavors associated with its sister restaurant, Uchi, by incorporating smoke and char into its dishes, creating bold and memorable taste profiles.

Uchiko is part of Hai Hospitality, a dynamic and expanding multi-concept restaurant group based in Austin, Texas, renowned for its innovative and high-quality dining establishments. This role as a Line Cook at Uchiko Miami Beach offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and creative kitchen, where culinary professionals can hone their skills and grow within a respected hospitality group. The position is offered as full-time employment with competitive hourly wages ranging from $18 to $23, dependent upon experience. Additionally, Uchiko offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid in two installments: $500 after 90 days following training completion and $500 after six months of employment.
