  • ability to pass criminal background check and drug screen
  • ServSafe certification and State Food Handler Card

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food orders for staff, visitors, and catering events
  • master short-order cooking techniques
  • ensure high-quality, timely, and consistent food production
  • develop rapport with customers while upholding company values
  • motivate team members with leadership and supervisory skills
  • set up and stock grill station with necessary supplies
  • handle, store, and rotate products properly
  • cooperate with kitchen staff to cook and prep menu items
  • follow proper techniques and presentation for all dishes
  • practice correct food handling and storage procedures
  • maintain positive and professional workplace conduct
  • report unsafe working conditions and kitchen equipment needs
  • deliver food to HR building using company vehicle with valid driver's license
  • perform other assigned duties to assist patrons and kitchen areas
