The position available is within Chili's "Heart of House," commonly referred to as the Kitchen Team Member role. Kitchen Team Members must communicate effectively with other team members to keep food orders flowing smoothly and timely from the kitchen to the floor.

Prior experience in food and beverage service or preparation is preferred but not mandatory.
