This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere and can sustain movement and standing for long periods during shifts. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about various cooking techniques, including sautéing, broiling, frying, roasting, butchery, garde manger, pantry work, and breakfast cookery. While formal culinary education or apprenticeship experience is preferable, it is not mandatory; what matters most is the candidate's practical skills and willingness to grow within the team.

Job Duties

  • Check freshness of foods and ingredients, ensure all recipes and portion-use records are followed
  • Be aware of all guest feedback scores and conspire for positive influence on rankings
  • Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between coworkers
  • Perform other duties as assigned
