Currently, Harvest Seasonal Grill is seeking experienced Line Cooks to join their team. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar culinary role
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation procedures
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
Strong team player with good communication skills
Commitment to maintaining quality and consistency

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, presentation guidelines, and chef instructions
Set up, maintain, and break down assigned station for service
Work efficiently during service while maintaining food quality and consistency
Communicate effectively with the chef, kitchen team, servers, bartenders, support staff, and managers to ensure smooth service flow
Follow proper food handling, storage, and labeling procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of station, equipment, and work areas
