Job Requirements
- Two valid forms of government-issued identification in good condition
- Ability to pass FBI fingerprint check for airport security badge
- Full availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Reliable transportation to Dallas Love Field Airport
- Physical ability to stand for entire shift and lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work in hot and cold kitchen environments consistently
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years experience as a line cook in a full-service high-volume restaurant
- Proven leadership skills for lead cook positions
- Ability to operate kitchen machinery and cooking appliances
- Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable and able to work weekends and long shifts
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to restaurant recipes and quality standards
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen area including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, ranges, and mechanized cutting tools safely and efficiently
- Assist in food preparation tasks including cutting, portioning, and packaging
- Lead and supervise other cooks during shifts in the lead cook role as required
- Follow all health and safety regulations including handling food in hot and cold environments
- Stand for entire shifts and perform physical duties such as lifting up to 30 pounds frequently
