We are currently seeking a Broil Cook to join our Texas Roadhouse team. This is a critical role that centers around the preparation and cooking of our signature steaks, which are the most popular item on our menu. As a Broil Cook, you will be responsible for high-volume cooking operations, ensuring steaks are cooked to perfection according to our standards of temperature control, seasoning, and grilling techniques. This position offers an excellent hourly wage ranging from $16.90 to $20.50, reflecting the importance of the role and your expertise.

In this role, you will demonstrate knowledge of steak cooking temperatures, meat seasoning, searing, and grilling methods, while strictly adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain the highest levels of food quality and kitchen hygiene. You will also need to understand and efficiently operate kitchen equipment and utilize prep sheets for consistent workflow and productivity.
