The Broil Cook position at Texas Roadhouse plays a crucial role in maintaining the high standards for which the restaurant is renowned. This role involves hands-on preparation and cooking of the restaurant's legendary steaks, the flagship item on the Texas Roadhouse menu. As a Broil Cook, you are responsible for seasoning, searing, and grilling steaks to perfection, understanding the precise cooking temperatures that meet Texas Roadhouse quality standards. The position requires an ability to handle high-volume orders efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines. Broil Cooks work closely with the kitchen team, using equipment and prep sheets accurately to deliver consistent and delicious results.
